Raqqa National Hospital and Tabqa Hospital received a shipment of medical aid provided by the Islamic Relief Organization, in coordination with the Raqqa Health Directorate, in a move aimed at supporting the health sector and meeting the urgent needs of patients in the governorate.
Raqqa Health Director Abdullah Al-Hamoud explained that this assistance came in response to the results of accurate field studies that identified the actual needs of visitors, which contributes to improving the quality of medical services provided.
Al-Hamoud pointed out that the upcoming efforts will focus on strengthening the work of the blood bank in the city of Tal Abyad, in addition to implementing a plan to maintain and rehabilitate a number of health centers, ensuring the continuity of providing medical services to the residents and raising their efficiency during the coming period.
