Raqqa City Council workshops continue their daily work in maintaining lighting lines and electrical supply centers in various neighborhoods of the city, as part of their efforts to ensure continuity of service and improve its efficiency.
In the same context, the Parks Directorate workshops completed their plan to improve the city’s aesthetic condition, through an integrated program to rehabilitate and clean the main roundabouts. The work started from Al Dallah Roundabout and included comprehensive cleaning and maintenance operations.
The city council called on residents to commit to not leaving building supplies and materials, such as blocks, iron, and cutting and carving waste, on public streets for more than 12 hours, in order to preserve public safety and the smooth flow of traffic, stressing that violators will be subject to legal accountability.
The Council also announced the imminent launch of an integrated project to rehabilitate and maintain roads in various neighborhoods of the city, with the aim of improving infrastructure and raising the level of services provided to residents.
At the conclusion of its statement, the Council urged citizens to ensure the readiness of sewage and water grids in their homes and connect them to the main network, while addressing any malfunctions in advance, in addition to removing encroachments and rainfalls from the roads, to avoid problems occurring during the implementation of future works
