At dawn today, the SDF arrested eight young men from the city of Deir Ezzor and its countryside, during raids that targeted their homes in the city of Tabqa and the town of Mansoura in the western countryside of Raqqa, according to what a correspondent for the Deir Ezzor 24 network reported.
Our correspondent said that the arrests took place after raiding the young men’s homes and confiscating their mobile phones, before transferring them to the “Ayed” branch in the city of Tabqa, west of Raqqa.
The operation was carried out by the General Security Service of the SDF forces in both the city of Tabqa and the town of Mansoura.
Private civil sources confirmed to Deir Ezzor 24 network that the arrests came against the backdrop of accusing the young men of being agents and communicating on behalf of the Syrian government, and transmitting news and websites related to the SDF forces during their movement and travel.
