The number of substitute teachers who applied for the qualification test at the Educational Complex in the city of Ma’dan, west of Deir Ezzor, reached 1,200 male and female teachers over the past two days, according to a correspondent from DeirEzzor24 Network.
Our correspondent reported that the complex received applications from substitute teachers wishing to take the exam in Ma’dan city, coming from both western Deir Ezzor countryside and eastern Raqqa countryside.
Fares Al-Abdullah, one of the teachers, confirmed that the Ma’dan city center welcomed applicants from Raqqa city all the way to the towns of Al-Tabni and Al-Masrab in western Deir Ezzor.
He added that all applicants received entry cards to take the tests over the next two days, as a step toward their appointment and assignment to schools.
One of the female teachers who came from the eastern countryside of Raqqa noted that the Ma’dan center spared them the burden of traveling all the way to Deir Ezzor city.
It’s worth noting that the Ma’dan center serves teachers from the western countryside of Deir Ezzor, in addition to Raqqa city and its northern countryside, as it is the closest government-run educational center for them.
