The National Hospital in Deir Ezzor has received a shipment of advanced medical equipment, according to the DeirEzzor24 network.
The delivery, provided by the international medical organization MedGlobal, is part of a broader effort to enhance surgical capabilities and improve the overall quality of healthcare services in the region.
The new equipment includes seven multi-position electric operating tables, seven dual-arm LED surgical lights, seven patient monitors, five electrosurgical units (cautery devices), three dry sterilizers, ten suction machines, three defibrillators, one wet sterilizer, and a supply of blood-thinning medications, including aspirin.
The Deir Ezzor Health Directorate stated that the initiative is part of ongoing cooperation with international partners to support the local healthcare infrastructure and reduce the need to transfer patients to hospitals in other provinces.
