The Civil Affairs Directorate in Deir Ezzor resumed its services today, after it stopped working for about two months, according to a DeirEzzor24 Network reporter.

According to the reporter, the directorate services will include issuing identification documents (civil registration extract, family statement, and birth certificate) as an initial stage, while the rest of the services will follow in the next stage.

The Civil Affairs Directorate suspended its work after the fall of the Assad regime on December 8, 2024.
