DeirEzzor24 exclusive report

The Revolutionary Guards militia sent a new batch of reinforcements from Iraq to Albukamal and Al-Mayadeen east of Deir Ezzor this morning, according to a correspondent for DeirEzzor24 Network.

Our correspondent said that about 225 elements from the “Zainabiyoun” and “Fatimiyoun” militias entered Albukamal from the Iranian crossing in the border village of Al-Hari in the Albukamal countryside, coming from Iraq.

He added that the militias distributed the elements to the Revolutionary Guards militia points in Albukamal and Al-Mayadeen under the supervision of “Hajj Askar”.

It is worth noting that the Iranian-backed militias periodically send reinforcements from Iraq to Syria as part of their efforts to strengthen Iranian influence, especially in the cities of Albukamal and Al-Mayadeen east of Deir Ezzor.
