DeirEzzor24 eexclusive report
The Iranian Security Office in the city of Al-Mayadeen has opened extensive investigations over the past two days into the publication and leaking of information related to the Iranian-backed militias, according to a special source for DeirEzzor24.
The source said that the investigations began after the publication of photos and video clips with sensitive information from the city, related to the movements of the militias and “Shiite visitors.”
He added that office officials began reviewing dozens of surveillance cameras in the city’s streets to find out the identity of the leakers of the information and who filmed the militia headquarters.
It is noteworthy that the Iranian Security Office arrested a local militia member on charges of leaking information to “hostile parties,” and they found a mobile phone during the raid, as militia members are currently prohibited from possessing a mobile phone inside the headquarters.
