Military reinforcements belonging to the Iraqi Popular Mobilization Forces militia arrived at the Iranian security square in the city of Al-Bukamal, east of Deir Ezzor, yesterday, according to a private source that told the DeirEzzor24 network.
Our reporter said that the arrival of reinforcements coincided with the arrival of a number of Iranian-backed militia commanders to the city of Al-Bukamal, and they entered Syrian territory through the illegal Iranian crossing (Al-Sakk crossing), located in the border village of Al-Hari.
He added that their number is estimated at 8 people, and they went to the city of Al-Mayadeen and conducted a tour of Al-Rahba Castle and the shrine of Ain Ali in the Al-Quria desert and the surrounding area, and in the Al-Haidariyah area in the Al-Mayadeen desert today.
It is worth noting that, for the second day in a row, commanders from Iranian-backed militias enter Deir Ezzor in eastern Syria, coming from Iraq.
