A DeirEzzor24 reporter said that the Iranian Jihad and Construction Movement entered into a tender to rehabilitate the neighborhoods of the city of Deir Ezzor.
He added that the tender includes the work of removing rubble in destroyed neighborhoods, and that the Iranian Jihad and Construction Movement entered it under orders from the so-called Hajjaj militia of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard.
The movement has not received the tender yet due to disbursement problems and the lack of necessary funds within the governorate’s budget.
