The Russian command in Deir Ezzor, represented by General Vladimir, replaced most of the military security personnel at the barriers of the dirt bridge east of Deir Ezzor, according to what was reported by a DeirEzzor24 network reporter.
According to the reporter, the aim of this change is to prevent the introduction of Iranian Revolutionary Guard militia weapons into towns east of the Euphrates after the recent targeting of the coalition base at the Conoco gas plant.
It is noteworthy that the dirt bridge belongs to the 4th Division, which built it, while the metal bridge is supervised by a battalion from the 17th Mishan Division after it was handed over to them by the Russians.
