Employees and retirees from Deir Ezzor suffer from a problem that has worsened recently, as the ATM swallows the card when trying to withdraw salaries.
DeirEzzor24 network correspondent said that this problem hinders the receipt of salaries by civilian retirees and military volunteers, and sums of salaries are deducted from their dues, especially the ATM at Al Furat University in the city of Deir Ezzor, which deducts no less than 20,000 Syrian pounds from the salary when the card is swallowed.
Whoever swallows the ATM card must wait for the employee in charge for several hours until the faults are fixed.
