The Iranian Revolutionary Guard militia intends to abandon 180 members of the local militias from Deir Ezzor province in favor of the recruitment division in the province, according to a private source for DeirEzzor24 Network.
The source said that the militia plans to abandon the fighters in three batches, at a rate of 60 members per month, for the benefit of the recruitment people in Deir Ezzor, at the request of the General Staff of the Assad forces, to fill the numerical shortage in the army as a result of the tendency to volunteer with those militias.
He added that young men are now accepting to volunteer in the ranks of the Iranian and Russian militias because of the financial incentives, salaries and high benefits they offer, as the monthly salary in the Iranian militias exceeds 800 thousand according to the mission and footsteps, while the military salary in Assad’s forces is 27 thousand pounds for recruits and 200 thousand for civil reserve and retention. Military up to 8 years old.
He pointed out that the Iranian Revolutionary Guard militia plans to compensate for the numerical shortage in its ranks by continuing to open the door to polarization for the people of the province and offering financial incentives.
It should be pointed out that the elements transferred to the conscription division will be chosen from among those who compromise, adhere to the Sunni sect, those with bad behavior, and those who are most absent from shifts.
