DeirEzzor24 exclusive report:
DeirEzzor24 network correspondent said that the military security checkpoint in the town of al-Bouleel, east of Deir Ezzor, imposes 5,000 Syrian pounds on each motorcycle carrying refined fuel.
Our correspondent added that the checkpoint of the Fourth Division in the town of Al-Mariya in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor also imposes 10,000 Syrian pounds on diesel smugglers ( on their motorcycles) to allow them to cross into the city.
This fee imposed by the confiscators is unofficial, but it is one of the types of extortion for persons working in smuggling diesel via motorcycles.
The Qatirji militia checkpoint on the main road recently confiscated motorcycles and arrested their owners who smuggle fuel from the river crossings.
