Al-Harbi groups of the Republican Guard have established a new outpost in the town of Al-Jalaa in the Al-Bukamal countryside, east of Deir Ezzor, according to the correspondent of Deir Ezzor 24 network.
Our correspondent said that the leader of the “Al-Harbi” group, Hatem Al-Harbi, ordered the establishment of the point in his hometown of Al-Jalaa.
He added that the establishment of the point came after promises from Al-Harbi to the residents of Al-Jalaa to control the theft and displacement operations that occur in the area and its surroundings on an almost daily basis.
Al-Harbi threatened all the thieves and bandits in the Al-Bukamal countryside to arrest them and inflict severe punishment on them.
