The correspondent of DeirEzzor24 network said that a mass fistfight broke out today between a group of Al-Qaterji militia members in Deir Ezzor and administrators at the militia’s headquarters in the city.
Our correspondent added that the reason for the fight was protests from the elements over the discounts that occurred over their salaries, due to absences and individual penalties.
He pointed out that the deductions amounted to 50% of the salaries of some elements, which aroused their anger and protest.
Al-Qaterji militia has recently doubled the number of its members in some of its areas, in an attempt to strengthen its ranks after its recent clash with the Hamsho militia.
