DeirEzzor24 exclusive report:
The Iranian Revolutionary Guards militia issued a decision to prevent agricultural pharmacies in the city of Al-Bukamal from acquiring agricultural fertilizers without obtaining their approval, according to the correspondent of DeirEzzor24 network.
Our correspondent said that the approval granted by the Revolutionary Guards militia specifies the quantity that the owner of the pharmacy is entitled to purchase, and requires him with invoices bearing the names of the people sold to them.
He added that the militia asked pharmacies owners to photograph the identity card of each person who purchases fertilizer, in addition to writing the date of purchase and the quantity of fertilizer purchased on the ID photo.
The Iranian Revolutionary Guards militia deliberately take such measures for fear of using fertilizer to make “dynamite” and explosive materials.
