DeirEzzor24 exclusive report:
Members of the Shiite sect held a celebration in the town of Hatla, northeast of Deir Ezzor, yesterday evening, to celebrate the rehabilitation of the “Imam Jaafar Al-Sadiq” mosque, with a large Iranian presence, according to the correspondent of DeirEzzor24 network.
Our correspondent said that at the head of the audience was the so-called “Hajj Rasool”, head of the Iranian Cultural Center in Deir Ezzor, a number of Mrs. Zainab’s tutors in Damascus, representatives of the Iranian Jihad al-Binaa movement that funded the project, and party figures headed by a member of the leadership of the Baath Party branch in Deir Ezzor “Omar Khalaf al-Salama” and Mukhtar Fadel Younis
The Imam Jaafar Al-Sadiq Mosque is a new name given to the Husseiniya of Al-Malali, located near the vegetable market in the “western” town of Hatla, noting that the Imam Jaafar Al-Sadiq mosque is located near the High School of Hatla in the eastern neighborhood of Hatla.
The name of the Husseiniya al-Malali was changed to Jaghar al-Sadiq at the behest of the Iranian Jihad al-Binaa organization that financed the project.
It is noteworthy that the Husseiniya of the Mullahs, which is called today the Imam Jaafar Al-Sadiq Mosque, has begun expanding work since the beginning of this year, to include an institute for the dissemination of the Shiite doctrine, a meeting room, and a large prayer hall with a courtyard of 3000 square meters from which Ashura celebrations and other Shiite occasions start.
