Last night, the Russian Reconciliation Center distributed aid to civilians in the towns of Hatla and Murat in the east of the Euphrates.
The aid was distributed by the Mukhtar of Hatla Fadel Al-Younis Abu Adnan, who distributed it to those close to him.
The aid included a kilo of sugar, 100 grams of tea, 2 kilos of flour, and a box of Nestle baby milk, which provoked the parents’ ridicule, who considered tge distribution of aid as mere Russian propaganda, through which it is trying to win over the people, to no avail.
It should be noted that Abu Adnan Mukhtar Hatla, is known for his loyalty to the Iranian militias, and his promotion of the Shiite doctrine, but he has recently shown a remarkable rapprochement with the Russian forces, hoping for aid and money.
