DeirEzzor24 exclusive report:
The whole scene seemed intended to exacerbate the crises of civilians in Deir Ezzor and restrict them, and to occupy government departments with the movement of auditors, and to open a new door for employees to blackmail the people and illegal profit from them.
The citizen revolves in a vicious circle between the centers of civil registry, the one window and the post, against the background of the Red Crescent’s requirement that the beneficiaries possess family data with a recent history.
On the other side of the city, citizens go to the centers of the Directorate of Transport, the Immigration and Passports Branch, and the Social Security Directorate to obtain documents for lifting the ban on support and to submit complaints to the Takamol Center to retrieve support for food supplies, fuel and bread, which they were deprived of for arbitrary reasons such as owning a car, a commercial register, or the travel of a family member outside Syria .
This crisis is added to standing in queues for hours in order to extract documents, interruption of Internet service, transportation costs that exceed the capacity of the people, in addition to bribery and favoritism that complicate matters further.
