Deir Ezzor 24 exclusive :
The Russian leadership in Hmeimim closed the volunteer offices in Deir Ezzor province, which were located in the “Al-Qusour neighborhood, the town of Hatla, and other offices”, for reasons believed to be related to administrative corruption, as all those wishing to join the ranks of the Fifth Corps and volunteers in Libya and southern African countries were transferred to the 148th Brigade Center in the town of Maarshour in Hama.
It is noteworthy that the applications for affiliation include a non-employee and no judgment sheet and a statement from the Recruitment Division, where the requests of those wanted for the mandatory and reserve services are rejected.
The decision entered into force two weeks ago, as a number of people from the countryside of Deir Ezzor were sent to the volunteer center in Hama Governorate, and they were subjected to sports and medical tests for affiliation.
It is known that the salaries offered by the Fifth Corps are about 200USD, which represents a lifeline for the unemployed and those who go through deteriorating living conditions and a scarcity of job opportunities.
