On Wednesday, June 16, 2021, the Assad regime’ Criminal Security arrested two preparatory school girls at the Hameed al-Dakmawi school near the al-Jaz bakery in al-Wadi street in the city of Deir Ezzor.
The reason for arresting the girls is a tiff with the ministerial delegate as the girls were doing their French exam. The delegate entered the classroom and harassed the girls. The delegate is nicknamed Sandrila because she takes off her shoes while moving between the classrooms.
The girls’ father is a commander in the National Defense militia and vowed to storm the Criminal Security branch to release the girls by force if they are not released in an hour. Tension prevailed in the city due to this incident.
