Over the past few days, Assad regime has advertised new settlements for compulsory service deserters and those who are convicted on terrorism charges, according to Deir Ezzor 24 network correspondent.
The correspondent added that those who will sign the new settlement with regime will serve in the 4th Division, the 17th Division and the Republican Guard, within Deir Ezzor province, and will receive monthly salaries of 60,000 – 70,000 Syrian pounds per member.
The new settlement will be funded by Iran and Russia, according to figures close to Assad regime in Deir Ezzor.
