On Monday, March 29, 2021, the Assad regime’s Military Police released a drug dealer associated with the National Defense (ND) militia. The dealer is called Captagon and was released under direct mediation by the ND Commander Firas al-Iraqiya.
Captagon is close to al-Iraqiya and was detained days ago after he threw a grenade at the al-Abs hairdressing shop in the al-Qusoor neighborhood, injuring people. Captagon is a key ND member dealing with drugs and this is why he was called Captagon that is a kind of a drug.
