On Thursday, March 25, the Iranian Cultural Center held a ceremony to honor figures loyal to Iran and work in education in Deir Ezzor, a source told Deir Ezzor 24 network.
The source said that among those honored were “Mukhtar al-Naqshbandi” and “Ahmed Eyada”. The ceremony was attended by “Nisrin Duwaihi”, “Raed Al-Ghadban”, “Jadaan Al-Euwayyed” and “Hajj Hussein al-Irani” as a representative of the Iranian Cultural Center in Deir Ezzor. The attendees were honored and given certificates marked with the Iranian flag.
The ceremony was held amid tightened security measures by the Iranian Revolutionary Guard militia, which prevented photographing and filming completely.
