The Iranian Revolutionary Guards Corps militia (IRGC) recruited 40 young men who reconciled with the Assad regime.
Hajj Murthada who is a military commander in the IRGC approved the young men’s recruiting applications.
The IRGC has been recruiting young men from Deir Ezzor since it and the Assad forces controlled the governorate in late 2017.
