The National Defense (ND) militia plans a new training course for its fighters in al-Bukamal and its countryside.

The ND will hold the course on January 10, 2020, for ten days.

The aim of holding the course is to test fighters to dismiss those uneffecient and keep those who pass the test.
The ND did not invite fighters who are relatives to officials or know acquaintances in power.

The ND decided to dismiss fighters following the recent financial crisis, as the militia delayed paying the fighters amidst quarrels between the militia commanders due to financial shortage.
