On Thursday, December 3, 2020, a Shiite delegation visited the Mus’ab bin Omair Mosque in the al-Hamdiyah neighborhood in the city of Deir Ezzor.
The delegation visited the mosque to check it and consider its necessities. Mukhtar al-Naqshabandi the Awqaf director in Deir Ezzor, deputy Ahmad Ayadah, and the manager of the Shari’a Secondary School accompanied the delegation.
The visit coincides with Iran’s increased activeness in rehabilitating mosques and public facilities like parks and roads in Deir Ezzor.
