On Sunday, November 22, a delegation of the international coalition visited al-Suwar civil Council in the northern Deir Ezzor countryside, according to Deir Ezzor 24 network correspondent.
The delegation met with Mashaan Al-Abdullah, the head of al-Suwar council, Suad Al-Hayes, joint president of al-Suwar Civil Council, and Iman Al-Razaj, the head of al-Sha’ab municipality in Al-Suwar.
During the visit, the delegation inspected the situation of services in the area and the development projects funded by the international coalition.
The delegation toured sites of rehabilitation projects, including the restoration of bridges in the northern countryside, such as al-Husayn Bridge, and Abu al-Naytal and al-Hariji’s Abarahs (small bridges).
The delegation also discussed with al-Suwar officials the current health situation in the area, with the spread of Covid 19 pandemic.
The International Coalition makes field visits from time to time on developmental projects it is conducting in different areas of Deir Ezzor.
