The International Coalition and the United States (US) Department of the State supervise and evaluate developmental projects in the town of Ash-Shahil and city of Hajin in the eastern Deir Ezzor countryside. The International Coalition and US coordinated with field officials.

Both sides and concerned people followed up developmental projects in Deir Ezzor, delivering promises of the International Coalition to support and develop projects that serve residents of the East of the Euphrates river.
