On Monday, September 14, Russian forces delayed the distribution of relief assistance in Al-Salhiyah town north of Deir Ezzor city, according to Deir Ezzor 24 network correspondent.
The correspondent said that the Russian forces cancelled the distribution due to the overcrowding of people in the distribution site, and that they delayed it to the next day. The assistance was transferred to the military security headquarters in the town.
It is the first time for Russian forces to distribute humanitarian aid in Deir Ezzor.
