Landline services are now cut off in most neighbourhoods of Deir Ezzour city after Assad’s forces and allied militias looted the copper cables of communication.

‘ Landline services are now unavailable in Al-Joura, Al-Qusour and Al-Muwadafine because of the looting of the copper cable linking between the intelligence branch checkpoint and the Panorama area and which stretches over a distance of 7 km.’ He added.
