The SDF withdrew late last night, Sunday, from the positions that they had advanced to in Fulaytih’s badiyah in the eastern Deir Ezzor countryside.
The SDF withdrawal came after hours of control over Daesh positions in the badiyah, near Sayjan oil fields east of Deir Ezzor.
The International coalition aircraft also carried out intensive air strikes on Daesh positions in Fulaytih’s badiyah in the eastern Deir Ezzor countryside.
It is indicated that yesterday, Sunday, fierce clashes erupted between Daesh and the SDF in the badiyah, as the SDF have been trying to control the badiyah and prevent Daesh from attacking the oilfields.
And it is noteworthy that the SDF had taken full control of Ash-Shafah town in the eastern Deir Ezzor countryside, as part of Al-Jazeera storm operation to expel Daesh from the east of the Euphrates.
