لم تتأخر الطائرات الروسية في قتل أبناء ديرالزور لهذا اليوم بعد المجزرة المروعة التي ارتكبتها داعش في حي هرابش وقصفها مدرسة البنات الإعدادية .
أغارت الطائرات الروسية على حي الحميدية الآمن والذي يحوي الآلاف من المدنيين , وتم قصف الحي دون تردد حيث إرتقى على إثر ذلك القصف أكثر من عشرة شهداء غالبيتهم أطفال ونساء.
عُرف من الضحايا الأسماء التالية :
1- نجاح العلوان
2- وسمة العلوان
3- عباس صالح الويس
4- الطفلة طيبة حيدر العشيش
5- محمد الفتوري وزوجته وابنه واخت زوجته
6- راغب السيد وثلاثة من ابنائه
7- مهند الحبيب .
